The Tamil Nadu Government has introduced a health insurance scheme to cover all families of various welfare boards as well as families earning less than Rs. 72,000/- per annum.

The CSI mission General Hospital is approved  to give treatment to poor patients under this Chief Minister's Insurance Scheme for Life Saving Treatments. Several patients have already been treated under this scheme free of cost.

Eligible patients can visit the concerned doctor in the OPD for further information. Emergency treatment for patients too can be done under this scheme if eligible.
